Tour Terms and Conditions

By booking a tour with us you are accepting these terms and conditions as a binding contract.
Payment is to be arranged prior to the bus tour without exception.
Cash payments may be paid directly to the driver prior to departure on the day of the charter.

Alternatively, payments are made prior to its commencement by electronic transfer one weeks before the actual tour date.

All tours require a minimum number of 10 people to commence.

All private group bookings require $500 booking deposit

Individual bookings or numbers under 10 are welcomed as these booking can be added to an existing tour.
If these minimum numbers are not met we reserve the right to cancel your booking. We will refund your total payment or transfer to another day if a tour is cancelled by us.
Cancellations need to be notified one month prior to the actual tour date, or customers forfeit 50% of their deposit.


Passenger Behaviour Standards

The Bus driver has the right to refuse entry to any passengers who are unruly, offensive, and abusive, irrespective of who it is directed at. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Any person deemed unruly or disruptive may be removed from the tour. They will not be entitled to any refund. Soiling fee of $100 is required if anyone vomits. At all times patrons must adhere to state and federal law in regards to lawful drinking practices.

a Public Transport Vehicle).


Damage or Soiling

Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on property during the tour either to the bus or
other property, and you will be liable for full compensation.
AAA Bus Charters strongly recommends that you do not drive after one of our tours. We accept no responsibility for your ability to get home once our tours terminate.


Refund Policy

We accept no responsibility for, and provide no refund for passengers who miss any part of the tour for any reason. Microbrewery Tours are not responsibility for late arrival at any destination.
We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
We will endeavour to communicate any significant changes in a timely manner.
